We think that our German Shepherds are some of the best you can find and we pride ourselves on our ability to successfully match people with the German Shepherd puppy that’s just right for them.  Don’t take our word for it though, take a look at what previous clients are saying…

Quinn is the cutest little guy. Attached are some photos of him. He is training so easily. Imara must be an amazing mommy. He came to us housebroken. He comes when called, heels on walks, ignores the mean neighbor dogs, and fetches already. He plays well with him puppy sister Susie, and his puppy cousin Shiloh. I am already head over heels in love with the little guy. He is growing so fast. I have showed your web page and facebook page to some friends that may get a dog from you in the next year or so.

Here is a current picture of Neptun. He is doing great and is spoiled rotten. I have been taking him to the local Schutzhund club and we
have been doing well. Everyone talks about how gorgeous he is. Thanks for the wonderful dog.

Hi Michelle,
I just wanted to give you an update on Orion, he is doing great!!! He's a very laid-back pup, wow, love it, he is getting along great with my other dogs, he is finally playing with my bulldog and they play until one of them gets tired. He goes in his crate no problem and doesn't even whine. We are working on potty training, he does good somedays and no so good other days but he's starting to catch on!!! He went to the vet on Monday and she said he's a beautiful & healthy pup!!! I already have offers to breed him, so we will see!!
Thanks sooo much for a wonderful pup!!! In the future I will definately get another one from you.

Thought you might like the email below and attached pics. Incredible. Puppy’s doing great. Not sure how well the name Pedro is going to stick as the kids have pretty much decided that his name is “Chopper” (as in “Chopper, sick balls!” from the movie Stand by Me) and haven’t called him anything but that since we got him. I’ll send pics & another update later when I have some time.

Hi Michelle!
The puppy is awesome!! She is smart and lovable, curious and courageous. Yes, I know this already! She has worked her way into the pack and they were sharing toys and tugging. She follows us everywhere and comes when we call her. However, she needs an everyday name, instead of "puppy". Her pedigree name shall be "Petra". Whew! Found a "P" name that we both like! It was a long day... so off to bed. "Petra" is in the crate, crying right now :( Can't wait to get up and play with her! Thanks so much for this awesome pup. I know that she will be the fun-loving and loyal guardian that we were hoping for. I will keep you posted with updates and pics.
Thanks again!

Myah is doing great, she slept with me on the couch last night and hasn't had time to miss her her brothers and sisters with my family carrying her around and giving her so many hugs and kisses. Myah did have her 1st bath today and she didn't seem to enjoy it to much, but she is nice and clean now. She is such a beautiful dog and we feel blessed to have her. I feel like we have a baby in the house again.

Pat

she is barking, has her ears almost up...big constant drive, beautiful mark face, dark snout, she obeys to "sit"...and is just a lovely lady...goes out to poop and pip on the "brake" command.....

Oscar

Hi Michelle here are some pictures of Kinjo he just finished puppy classes and did real good the teacher said.He will be going on to the next class they last for 8 weeks one day a week he loves playing wtih all the dogs there. He is getting big fast now soon i will change his food the vet said he looks great.

Hey Michelle. We just received the CD today. Thanks so much for sending it- the pictures are wonderful =). Wrigley is doing great although he is in the biting stage of life..... We have him enrolled in puppy classes and have been using that "Fooey" stuff which helps. He is so smart he already knows most of his commands, so needless to say, he is the star of the puppy class. haha. It seems like he is having an easy time adapting to city living and he is very good with other people and dogs. He is growing sooooo fast I feel like everyday he is adding on inches!
Anyway, thanks for everything

Michelle,

Just wanted to let you know that we got Kiri home. She did absolutely wonderful on the car ride laying her head on my daughter's lap most of the time. She slept through most of the night, and started crying around 3am. I am really simply amazed, I've never had a dog at this age and not have any accidents yet. This morning the "real Kiri" has started to come out, she has started biting at our pant legs, etc. She is such a darling.

Thanks again,

Cory J.

Happy new year, Michelle! I hope this finds you and yours well. I've attached a couple photos of Koda taken in December, shortly after her first birthday. I just love her! She is growing into a wonderful companion. She is smart, loving with people she knows, eager to please, and a lot of fun. Her obedience work is coming along well -- she comes when called without hesitation, heels off lead, sits, downs, and generally tries very hard to do what is asked of her. She likes to play with a rope toy and will fetch a ball (most of the time she brings it back :-) ). She also really likes our horses -- she'll spend much of the time we're outside just laying outside the paddocks watching them.

Thanks again for the opportunity to own such a nice dog!

Hi Michelle,

We finally had 2 days of not much rain so the ground was dry enough to take a few photos. Here are 2 photos of my new love in my life. WOW what a wonderful puppy. I do not think I have seen a puppy that is so happy all the time. He has a super disposition and loves everyone he meets. Everyone is in awe of his quality and his looks. He is such a nice well put together puppy. We all love his bone, body, size and rich red/black markings. He is going to be an awesome addition to our breeding program. I do not know how to thank you enough for allowing me the opportunity to own such a puppy of his quality. THANK YOU! :-)

Betty M.

Michelle and Evy, I just had to let you know how the puppy we got from your kennel was doing at the 6th month. II have attached some of the pictures so you can see what she looks like. they are in order of age so you can see how she has grown.

I am really please with her temperament, long hair and intelligence. I am taking her everywhere and exposing her to everyone and everything (even a motorcycle rally) She is very laid back and intelligent. I have never owned a dog which at such an early age is able to control themselves, and I as well as my neighbors are amazed. From the first day I could walk her without a leash and she loves going everywhere. She rarely barks, but when she does it is formidable for a female of such a young age. We are very pleased with her.

Thanks to both,

James, Capt., USAF

Sorry it has been awhile since I emailed you Dakota updates. We have been very busy lately.

Anyway, Dakota is one smart puppy. She loves playing fetch and running on the treadmill. She has gotten huge, over 30 pounds now. She began losing her puppy teeth. I feel so bad for her. You can tell when she is cutting a tooth, she lays at my feet and just looks so sad. Attached are some pictures.

Blessings

Linda

So far he is great and I am sure the best is yet to come. If he grows in to his paws I might need a bigger house. You did a great job I can tell this is a quality dog and I look forward to his friendship for many years to come. From time to time I will send you pics to keep you updated.

Thanks,

John R.

Hello! Just wanted to let you know that we just got back from a 4 day cluster dog show in Louiseville, Ky. Baccardi was just in Rally Obedience to see where he is at. He came home with his Rally Novice title, passed the first 3 times he was in the ring. The first day with a perfect score and first place, the second day he only lost 1 point and got a second place, and the third day he lost 1 point and got second place to my mom and her dog. I had a picture taken and will send you one when I receive it. I also had ALOT of people interested in him, and he turned many heads in and out of the ring. I gave your name to 2 people and gave them your website address. I don’t know if they will contact you or not, but I thought I should let you know. I happily passed on your name, as I am truly happy with Baccardi and his temperament and work ethic!!!! I couldn’t ask for a better dog!!

Hi, Just wanted to let you know the dogs are doing well. They are quite active and have adjusted well. We haven’t named them but we are tossing around several names to go with their personality and looks. We have taught them to sit, but they are not housebroken yet, hopefully soon. They sleep all night, maybe cry 10 minutes when they are put in the kennel. We see them studying and learning all the time. Here is one picture to add to your collection . Will keep in touch as they continue to grow and learn.Steve and Nancy

Hello! We had a wonderful weekend w/(Deuce) Harley. He is such a cutie pie and already has the sweetest personality. He is such a cuddler and talker. He loves to have his ears and his belly rubbed, puts him right to sleep. He slept in bed and is a really restless sleeper, likes to move around, and boy does he dream! His legs go flying and his tongue hangs out, he also does alot of slurping/sucking noises when he is dreaming. He goes in his kennel all by himself. but boy of boy, when he doesn’t want to be in there, he lets us know! He can howl like nobody’s business :) He likes to watch tv, go for car rides, and play with his new big sister. He is teething really bad right now, so he cries a bit, but feels better when he is chewing on a bone or a frozen wash rag.

George (Max) had his one year birthday last Saturday Feb. 2. I just wanted to send you some pictures and let you know he is doing fine. He is doing very well in obedience classes. He is a very fast learner. Everyone always comments on how smart and handsome he is. I was going to get him involved in tracking, agility and rally classes over the summer. I can’t wait to take him out to the lake again this summer to go swimming. He really enjoyed that. Well I hope all is well with you.

Hello, I bought one of your puppies last August, and I wanted to write and tell you how delighted we are with her! Her registered name is Anastasia, but we call her “Ripley.” She has been a wonderful pet! She is very well-tempered and is so much fun to work with. I have had her in obedience and agility classes, which she has seemed to enjoy and excel at. I am a teacher in Iowa, and live with a friend and Ripley on a farm. Ripley has an underground fence, and spends a lot of time outside watching the porperty. I found your website on-line to see pictures of Ripley’s parents. Now that she’s almost full-grown it’s interesting to see how she compares to the other adult dogs. My only concern with her is that one of her ears stands up all the time, and the other hardly ever does! Hopefully they will both stand up once she is a little older! What do you think? Thanks for letting me buy one of your puppies! I couldn’t have asked for a better dog!Allison

Here are pictures of Bajor second day with us. he came out to the stable and saw the horses. he got along w/ all the dogs and didnt chase the horses he was perfect with them. And my dads partners and everyone at MPA think he is wonderful! My cat is the only one that doesnt like him yet. Thanks!

Scott & I have named our new puppy Jake — not very original but it’s one we could both agree on. We’ve also decided his “c” name will be Crusoe. We have fallen absolutely in love with him.Rest assured, Jake has a great place he can call home. Everything is going smoothly. Scott & I are actually more tired than the puppy is!!!

Hi, Michelle. Just thought I’d let you know I took CHarley to our vet in McFarland yesterday. He checks out just great! He is a wonderful dog. He is very mellow, follows me everywhere, sleeps at my feet. Very sweet. A nice companion for me at home all day! Thanks again for such a wonderful pup. Everybody loves him.

Dale Y.

Michelle, Just thought I would drop a quick line. Kimmie is doing great and is loving her new home. She enjoys swimming in our ponds and chasing cars along the fence. She is just super. Perfect fit for the family.I will send pictures in the near future.

Thanks again

Karen N.

Baccardi is doing great! He goes to work with me every day, which is at a horse farm. He is very smart, and a quick learner. He knows sit, come, down, and is quickly learning tracking. He is crate trained and doesn’t bark when locked up, even if there is alot of activity of the other dogs around. He is pretty much house broken, once in a while he will pee in his crate at night, but not very often. He is starting to eat better, he wasn’t eating really good for a while, but is starting to eat better now. His ears came up, but now they are back down because he just started teething. He is the nicest puppy!!! I can’t wait for him to grow up!!! I will send pictures soon!!! Thank you very much for this wonderful puppy, I couldn’t have asked for a better match!!!!!

Heidi L.

Hi, As you can see, Sasha (Bella) is gettng bigger. Her ears went up this week and she is perfecting her soccer game. We attached a picture of her with her soccer ball – it is one of her favorite toys. She’s had her second visit to the vet – everything is going well. She doesn’t mind going to the vet and was calm and relaxed in the exam room. Our vet is great – he took care of Abbey for the 13 1/2 years we had her. He is looking forward to getting to know Sasha and thinks she is a great dog.

Michael S.

This puppy is so good! She is crate trained, almost 100% potty trained after 2 nights, even sits on command. her “comes” are remarkable after 2 days, and she follows me everywhere. My daughter Madeline is in love with her, and Omega/Meggy feels the same way. What happiness you have brought to us. I hope we can train her to her full potential. Thank you for the reinforcement regarding new introductions, Mark viewed the Leerburg CD regarding puppies and is now a believer of the “rules”. He dosn’t like to seem ‘over the top’, I guess. We love Mega already, and it’s been 48 hours. Thanks, Michelle-keep up the good work! We’ll be back for the “alpha”…

Mark K.

Thanks for the link, and she (Buffy) is doing wonderfully. She was a little whiney at first last night, then settled right down. She is anxious to go outside as soon as out of the kennel, and is going to the door when she needs out (pretty good for 8 wks old). She had her first vet visit today, with a follow up in 4 weeks. The vet reported her very healthy. This week end she will have a chance to meet the 3 grand children for the first time, and many other visitors stopping by to meet the new addition.

We think she will be a very well adjusted dog, and it is clear that your socialization planning with your puppies makes for a demonstrably well adjusted dog.

Thanks a lot, and we’ll keep you informed. A picture is enclosed.

Larry L.

Michelle, Here are some pictures of Isis. She is doing great. She now weighs 85 lbs. Everyone loves her. She has learned a few more tricks. Goes for a walk everyday. Her favorite game is to catch a frisbee.

Jim I.

Dear Michelle,

Hope you enjoy the pictures of ASophie that I took throughout the past several months. They sure grow fast. She is in perfect health and weighed in at about 60 lbs. at 6 months. She loves play, especially KONG, as you see in one of the pictures. She is quite a beautiful dog. She also is crazy about playin in water and swimming. She stays very close to us and is well taken care of – maybe even spoiled.

David A.

Hi hope you are having a good new year.. Just wanted to give you an update on Kimmie, she is doing great, she has been going to doggie daycare 3x a week for about a month, she has made many dog friends and has really warmed up to them, she doesn’t bark at all the dog she sees anymore.. She finally has both ears up and is growing into her body she is about 60 + pounds and is such a good girl, we love her very much. My son and her start obedience this Friday then she will try Fly Ball, I think she will have fun with that.. Take care and I will keep you updated.

Cathy K.

Hi just wanted to let you guys know that Zoey met my Best friends dogs this weekend, one was a yorkie mix the other was a 7 month old Old English Sheep dog and the other a collie.. She had so much fun with them.. here are a few pictures.. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to have her.

Jake L.

Hi Michelle,

Chiemsee got a bath last night; she was scared at first but was wagging her tail by the end. Her personality is so easy going; she thinks our youngest son is a toy yet and likes to chase after him. We’ll be working on him not running from her and teaching him how to control ‘his’ flight instincts. Lots of chewing going on; it’s a good thing we had hung onto many toys. She really likes to be outside w/ us, and is trying to figure out how she can get up in the boys’ tree house w/ them.
